Hello! My name is Dr. Trey Hodge, and I am both a chiropractor and owner. I am also a coach, husband, and father of two, as well as a grandfather. My goal as an owner is to ensure that the clinic is stocked with everything you might need and to find new and better opportunities for elevated care. At Revitalize we are always growing, adapting, and learning about new peptides and aesthetic treatments. When I am not working, I am watching movies with my wife Clarissa, going to concerts with my daughter Elle, and hanging out with family and friends.

Hello! My name is Justin. Here at the clinic, I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine provider. I specialize in medical weight loss and various forms of hormone therapy, but my true passion lies in using functional medicine to get to the root of your health concerns—a journey I started 15 years ago when managing my own autoimmune disorder.

When I’m not helping clients realize their wellness goals, I stay busy as a devoted father to my three children. In my free time, I find solace outdoors hunting, fishing, or golfing, and I’m always looking for the next physical and mental challenge through bodybuilding.

Hello! My name is Hunter Prior. Here at Revitalize I am the CMA, so I will be the one doing your injections, ordering medications, and lab draws, but I am also available to do your spray tan, AquaFirme facial, or NouvaDerm laser treatment. In my very little free time, when I’m not running my boutique, Presley & Pearls, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my furry children, Presley, Rioux, and Elvis.
